White Smoke is an ability introduced in Generation 3. So far. It is the signature ability of Relic Weezing.

Effect

In battle

White Smoke negates effects from opposing Pokémons moves and abilities that would directly reduce the Pokémon's stat stages, unless the opposing Pokémon has Mold Breaker.

Outside of battle

If a Pokémon with White Smoke is leading the party, the chances of encountering wild Pokémon are reduced by 50%. It shares this effect with Quick Feet and Stench.
